Digital + lanzó hace tiempo su aplicación para iOS llamada Canal + Yomvi. Una excelente aplicación que permite ver los principales canales de la plataforma de televisión digital en tu iPad y iPhone siempre que estés suscrito a su plataforma, y que además nos permitía utilizar AirPlay, la función que utiliza Apple para transmitir vídeo y audio al Apple TV. y así poder verlo en nuestro televisor. Hace unos meses, los usuarios de la aplicación se sorprendieron de que ya no podíamos utilizar la opción de AirPlay para transmitir el vídeo, sólo se transmitía el audio. Pero esto no queda aquí, sino que ahora la nueva sorpresa es que desde un dispositivo con Jailbreak realizado no nos permite acceder a los vídeos. Desde el soporte de la aplicación nos aseguran que esto es así y que no hay nada que hacer, ya que el Jailbreak no está autorizado por Apple.
Pues bien, como ponerle puertas al campo es imposible, gracias al jailbreak todo esto se puede solucionar. Lo primero es utilizar “xCon” para evitar que la aplicación detecte que tienes el Jailbreak hecho, y así poder acceder al contenido. Obviamente debes estar suscrito a la plataforma, no se trata de hackear ninguna señal, simplemente de poder utilizar una aplicación y un servicio que está incluido en la cuota mensual que pagas religiosamente a Digital +. Hecho esto, debes instalar “AirVideoEnabler”, también disponible en Cydia, y así podrás emitir la señal de audio y vídeo a tu Apple TV y disfrutar de tus contenidos favoritos en tu televisor. Y lo mejor de todo es que ambas aplicaciones son gratuitas.
