Once inside the settings you will see different options to specify what kind of changes you want to make in Telegram. On this screen, click on the Notifications and sounds option that will appear first.

Now, within the Notifications and sound options, you just have to find and disable the option of A contact joined Telegram that will appear in the Events section. Usually, the setting should sync on all devices, but just in case verify that this option is disabled on all devices where you use Telegram, both on other mobiles and on your computer.

Once inside the settings you will see different options to specify what kind of changes you want to make in Telegram. On this screen, click on the Privacy and security option that will appear in second place.

Within the Privacy and security options, now scroll down to the Security section. In it, now click on the Active Sessions option to go to the index where you will see all the devices where you are logged in.

You can hide the notifications icon so that it does not appear when you have unread notifications.  Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone, tap Notifications, and then turn off the Notification Indicator feature.

Apple Watch notifications mirror the settings on your iPhone, but you can customize them for each app. In watchOS 5 and later, notifications can be organized by app and grouped into stacks in Notification Center. For example, all activity notifications can appear in one stack. You can also choose to get alerts when you receive notifications, either to appear silently or not at all.

Even if you can’t customize an app, you can turn off its notifications. Scroll down to the “Duplicate iPhone alerts from” section and uncheck the setting next to the corresponding app.

When the devices are disconnected, notifications will be sent to the iPhone instead of the Apple Watch. To check the connection, swipe up on the watch face to open the Control Center. If the devices are disconnected, the red iPhone icon , the red X icon or the Wi-Fi icon may appear. Try connecting the iPhone and Apple Watch.
